Stephen Ross’ Related Companies scored a $242.5 million construction loan for a waterfront office tower in Downtown West Palm Beach, Fla., property records show.
The New York-based developer broke ground for One Flagler, a Class A development designed by David Childs, last November. Located at 142 Lakeview Avenue, facing the Royal Park Bridge into Palm Beach, the project will rise 25 stories, totaling 270,000 square feet.
